Oristano Group Acquires Bloophone S.A.
PARIS -- April 24, 2006 – Oristano Group, headquartered in Aubonne, Switzerland, owning various
competences in the field of convergent products through its European companies (including Swissvoice,
HPF Services, HPF Digital, Mediavoice, Oceanic), today announced that it has acquired Bloophone S.A.,
an industrial and engineering company specialised in VoIP and wireless radio communications.

Doro and French company Bloophone start IP Telephony partnership
Doro, listed on Stockholmsbörsen, and the French company Bloophone have started a partnership for technological development and distribution of IP telephony. Doro has been working with various VoIP products over the past six months, establishing a broad distribution network including contacts with operators. Bloophone has acquired extensive technological know-how after five years of dealing in IP telephony and has developed attractive products such as a complete range of analogue terminal adapter (ATA box), Bluetooth phone and corded IP phone.

Philips and Bloophone to develop Bluetooth telephones to bring Voice over IP to a broader market
Philips and Bloophone have entered into an agreement for the joint development and marketing of special telephones for Voice over IP (making telephone calls over the Internet). These will use a cordless handset based on Bluetooth wireless technology, with the aim of making VoIP telephony just as easy-to-use as any other telephone connected to the regular wired or wireless networks.

French VoIP solutions vendor makes VoIP easier to use with a wireless phone.
Bloophone company sells a software to make calls from a personal computer to another PC, or to a fixed or mobile phone. This software uses a sound card and is now also available with a Voice over IP wireless handset designed and patented by Bloophone S.A. Fitted with a keyboard and a screen, the Bloophone handset is based on the Bluetooth wireless technology.
